It's been a long time since I added to this blog. But I have come back with renewed energy because I've realized that creative aging is not just for women. Which means that I finally listened to my husband, who has felt left out.
"Don't I deserve to think creatively too?" he asked.
That, in fact, is what we have been doing together.
Our ongoing quest is to create a business together that will keep us engaged, excited, and maybe even gainfully employed once we leave the work we have been doing for many years.
So we think of creativity not just as an artistic activity--although there is certainly something artistic about crafting your later life--but as a continuous way of thinking.
How do we stay connected to the world around us as it changes, not often for the better?
How do we make an impact for the better?
How do we keep ourselves as healthy, alert, happy, and enjoyable to be with as we can?
What are the questions bugging you about getting older?
I am eager to find out so that I can bring you some possible answers or avenues to explore.
